Contracts

We write contracts or a letter of understanding on all custom projects. This keeps everything clear for all involved. The contract is accompanied by the working drawing as an Exhibit. All projects will require a 50% down payment at the start of the construction. The final 50% will be due upon completion of the project. The down payment percent and payment schedule will vary on larger projects.
